Are you an experienced solar panel installer with leadership skills?

Nordic Energy Solutions is growing and looking for a lead solar panel installer to strengthen our team. We deliver sustainable and high-quality solutions in solar energy and battery storage, ensuring our customers receive a safe and efficient solar installation.

About the position

As a lead installer with us, you will:

Lead and coordinate the flow of our installations

Install solar panel systems and battery storage for our customers

Be responsible for the safe installation of panels, mounting systems, and cabling

Collaborate with electricians and other installers for efficient installation

Ensure high quality and safety at all levels

We are looking for someone who:

🔹 Has experience leading the installation of solar and battery systems

🔹 Is meticulous, self-driven, and solution-oriented

🔹 Enjoys physical work outdoors in various weather conditions

🔹 Holds at least a Class B driver's license (Class BE license is a plus)

Preferred qualifications:

✔ Scaffolding certificate

✔ Fall protection training

✔ Safe lifting

✔ Basic P/U

✔ Relevant certification in solar installation or electrical work
